3 Q- Doctor, a couple preliminary


4 points You mentioned in response to Kathryn


5 Boselli's questions the other day that among


6 other things you reviewed a statement of


7 sequential events that had been provided to you


8 by Mr Kaufman --


9 A Yes


10 Q- -- or Mr Kaufman's office Do you


11 happen to have that with you today?


12 A No


13 MR SPISAK: Paul, I am going to


14 ask you for a copy of that


15 MR- BOURNE: As will I


16 MR ZELLERS: Send it to us, too


17 MR SPISAK: You will provide that,

19 MR KAUFMAN: Go on ahead and maybe


20 I can locate it


21 MR BOURNE: You have no objection

2 Q- Doctor, you mentioned in part of

3 your earlier testimony that among other things

4 it's your judgment that a rectal exam of the

5 stool specimen should have been done --

6 A Rectal exam of the patient

7 Q- I'm sorry, rectal exam of the

s patient should have been done once the EKG was

9 stable, is that a fair statement of what you

10 said?

11 A Yes

12 Q- At what point in time would you put

13 that?

14 A Well, I felt actually it could have

15 been done in the emergency room once they

16 determined there was no active evidence of

17 acute heart disease

18 Q- All right, and when you say once it

19 was determined there was no active evidence of

20 acute heart disease, you are basing that on the

21 EKG that was done?

22 A The EKG and the blood tests

23 Q- That were done in the ER?

2 4 A Yes

25 Q- Okay Now, the rectal exam that
