            3      truth, and nothing but the truth, testified as follows:
            4      DIRECT EXAMINATION BY MR. SEARSON:
            5      Q    Good afternoon, Dr. Kopp.  I want to introduce
            6           myself formally to you on the record.  My name is
            7           Brad Searson, and this is Mark Meglic.  He is an
            8           attorney licensed in the state of South Carolina. 
            9           I’m from North Carolina, and am admitted on a
           10           limited basis to work in this case with Mr. Meglic.
