	17	the record.

	19	              Q Dr. Isenberg, we met very briefly
	20	before we started. As I told you, my name .is
	21	Jim Marx. I represent the plaintiff in this case, and
	22	I'm here to ask you some questions concerning the
	23	opinions ——

	3 you've been identified as an expert on behalf of the
	4 defense in this		case, and I'm here to ask you some
	5 questions about		the opinions you may have formulated
	6 in this case, what you have based those opinions on,
	7 probably some questions obviously about your
	8 background, training, and so forth.
	9		If I ask you any questions today you
	10 don't understand, they don't make sense to you, please
	11 let me know, because it's important that you
