                            show that we are here for the discovery
                            deposition of Dr. Do-iinic Davolos, one
                            of the Plainti-If's experts in this case
                            and the deposition is being taken Pursu-
                            ant to agreement of the parties and it
                            is being taken for discovery purposes
                            only, and I would assume that any defects
                            in service and notice are waived todav.

            A.   10571 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York.
            Q.   You are a medical doctor?

            C4   Doctor, could you please give me a short summary
                 of your educational background?
            A.   Yes.  I did my undergraduate work  in  Wesleyan
                 in Connecticut.  I took mv M.D.  from  Cornell.
                 I did my internship at Philadelphia General and
                 Fellowship in Cardioloqy at S-1.  Mary's Hospital
                 in Cincinnati.

            A.   1 9 4 7 .
