         10    record, please?

         11    A    Joseph Judson McNamara.

         12    0    My name is Tony Dapore and I'm here today to take your

         13    deposition in the case of Emil Decredicor as the Executor of

         14    the estate of Agnes Decredico, versus Huron Hospital and a

         15    couple of physicians and their medical corporations.

         16         If at any time I ask you a question you don't

         17    understand - me being a lawyer and not a physician - let me

         18    know so that I can try to rephrase it so that we have a

         19    common understanding.  Okay?

         20    A    (Witness nods head)

         21    Q    You're nodding your head yes, but you have to speak out
