          2          MR. DAPORE:  On the record.
          3    Q     (By MR. DAPORE) Doctor McNamara, we  are  now  resuming
          4    your deposition after your being called away for emergency
          5    surgery yesterday.
          6          Where we left off yesterdaye we had taken a look at
          7    Defendant's Exhibit B and you had marked on that Exhibit  the
          8    area which you describe in your report as being where the
          9    aneurysm was primarily locatedf and you also then marked  on
         10    the Exhibit where the aneurysm was as described by the
         11    autopsy report.
         12          I would like to pick it up from there and continue  on.
         13          How would you characterize the lesion as described  in
         14    the autopsy in comparison to your description in your report;
         15    as more or less extensive?
         16    A     As I indicatede the autopsy report is vague in terms of
         17    its anatomic description.  It describes an area which  ist  in
         18    factp just an enlargement, from the aortic valve cusp to  the
         19    junction of the upper descending aorta.
