                      The deposition of Dr. Thomas meaney, a Witness
               called for examination under the Rules Of Civil Procedure,
               taken before me, Diana A. Demby, Registered Professional
               Reporter and Notary Public in and for the State of Ohio,
               pursuant to agreement of counsel, at the NMR Buildingr

          2           show that the deposition of Dr. Meaney  is  being
          3           taken for purpose of discovery, and there  is  an
          4           agreement as to the time and place, and there is a
          5           waiver with respect to any defect  in  connection
          6           with notice or service?

          19   A.     Thomas F. Meaney.  2945  Gordon  Road,  Cleveland
          20   Heights, Ohio.
          21   Q.     And your professional address, Doctor?
          22   A.     9500 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland? Ohio.
          23   Q.     Your profession, sir?
          24   A.     I am a physician in the specialty of radiology.
          25   Q.     And how long have you been engaged in the specialty
          1     of radiology, Doctor?
          2     A.   30 years.
          3     Q.   And how long have you been associated here at the
          4     Cleveland Clinic?
          5     A.   27 years.
          6     Q.   Your status or title here presently?
          7     A.   Chairman of the Division of Radiology.
          8     Q.   HOW long have you been in that position?
          9     A.   18 years.
          10    Q.   Your duties consist of what in that position?
          11    A.   My duties can be, are divided between
          12    administrative and management duties, and the professional
          13    practice of radiology.
          14    Q.   And your practice specifically is in what area,
          15    presently?
          16    A.   It's presently in the areas of diagnostic
          17    radiology, specifically chest and abdominal radiology, and
          18    in nuclear magnetic resonance.
          19    Q.   And with respect to chest and abdominal radiology,
          20    that I would include, I take it, the X-ray diagnosis of
          21    cardiac patients?
