         12  full name and professional address, please?
         13  A    Jeffrey Morris, 2365 Edison Boulevard,
         14  Suite 400, Twinsburg, Ohio.
         15  Q    And what is  your  occupation,  Doctor?
         16  A    I'm an orthopedic surgeon.
         17  Q    And could you tell the jury what an
         18  orthopedic surgeon is?
         19  A    An orthopedic surgeon  is  a  physician
         20  who has done specialized training in
         21  treating conditions, diseases, injuries to
         22  the musculoskeletal system.  That system is
         23  the system of bones, joints, muscles,
         24  tendons, ligaments  and  supporting  structures
         25  of the skeleton.
