             8   Evans in a medical malpractice lawsuit filed by Judith
             9   Sarnovsky  How did you come --
             10        A   I was contacted b,v Mr Kaufman here a couple of
             11  weeks ago and he told me he had a problem involving a patient
             12  i,,ho might have osteogenesis imperfecta tarda, and he was told
             13  to contact me by Dr Bruce Epker, an oral surgeon in Texas
             14        Q   Have you ever met either Mr or Mrs Sarnovsky?
             15        A   No
             16        Q   How do you know Dr Epker or how does he know you?
