 2         name is Larry Simon, a video technician employed by 
 3         Esquire Deposition Services, 1600 JFK Boulevard, 
 4         Suite 1210, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  This is a 
 5         video deposition with the Common Pleas Court, 
 6         Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, November Term, 
 7         2005, Number 3243.  Today's date is May 9th, 2007, 
 8         and the time is 4:34 p.m.  
 9           This deposition is being held at 1845 Walnut 
10         Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the matter of 
11         Dennis Keenan versus Leon Craddock, et al.  The 
12         deponent is Dr. Guy Fried.  This deposition is being 
13         taken on behalf of the defendant.  All counsel will 
14         be noted on the stenographic record.  The court
