 5          appearance personally before Judge 
 6          Weinberg, and accordingly it will 
 7          be conducted under the rules of

 9          that in the event of an objection 
10          the doctor may answer the 
11          question, counsel will state the 
12          reason for the objection and the

 5          A.    Yes.
 6          Q.    Are you licensed to practice 
 7   in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?

 9          Q.    How long have you been so 
10   licensed?
11          A.    Since 1982.
