 2                 PAUL STEINFIELD, M.D., after  
 3          having been first duly sworn, was    
 4          examined and testified as follows:

 6                 MR. MULLER:  We are here at   
 7          the medical offices of Dr. Paul      
 8          Steinfield in order to take his      
 9          testimony regarding a petition to    
10          terminate benefits currently pending 
11          before Judge David Slom in the       
12          matter of Daniel Shortall versus     
13          Philadelphia Gas Works.  I am taking 
14          this physician's testimony.  I       
15          intend to submit the transcript of   
16          his testimony in lieu of his live    
17          appearance before the Judge.         
18          Therefore, I'll ask counsel to place 
19          any and all objections on the record 
20          in a timely fashion.  We'll waive    
21          signing, sealing, certification of   
22          the record.  Is that agreeable with  
23          you, Counselor?
