 8           the matter of Manson versus School District
 9           of Philadelphia.  Today's date is April
10           14th, 2004 and the time is 7:40.  My name is
11           Ed Caswell.  I'm the videographer employed
12           by Esquire in Philadelphia.  The court
13           reporter -- all counsel will be reflected on
