7 MS. MUNESES: Good morning.
8 My name is Cecilia Muneses from the law
9 offices of Robert F. Cerino. We're here
10 today to take the deposition of Dr.
11 Charles L. Nelson, M.D. in the matter of
12 Edward Bell versus Pauls Run.
13 This matter is presently
14 pending before Worker's Compensation
15 Judge Slom.
16 Present on behalf of the
17 claimant is attorney Howard Segal.
18 Since Dr. Nelson's deposition
19 is taken in lieu of live testimony the
20 applicable rules of procedure call for
21 all objections to be made on the record,
22 to be ruled upon by the Judge at a later
23 date.
24 In the meantime, the doctor
