 9      Q. Good afternoon, Doctor 
10      Saltzburg.  This is Steve Lafferty 
11      and I represent Bob Gorchik in this 
12      case against Conrail for his work 
13      injury of July 14th, 1998.  We're 
14      here in your office today in Altoona 
15      to take your deposition, which will 
16      be shown to the jury at the trial of 
17      this matter.  Before I ask you 
18      specifically about your treatment and 
19      your care of Bob Gorchik, I'd like to 
20      ask you about your credentials and 
21      your qualifications.
22   First of all, will you tell
