             9    A.    Thomas J. Antos.
             10   Q.    You are a physician?
             11   A.    I am.
             12   Q-    And you are licensed to practice in
             13 Pennsylvania?
             14   A.    Correct.
             15   Q-    What year, air?
             1 6  A.    1 9 6 9 .
             17   Q.    Would you give us a brief review of your
             18 medical training.
             19   A.    I attended St. Vincent College in Latrobe,
             20 Pennsylvania in a pre-med course, a four-year
             21 college course, from 1961 through 1965.  I then
             22 attended Hahnemann Medical College and HoBpital from
             23 1965 through 1969, graduated and interned from 1969

            I to 1970 at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.
            2    Q.   Hahnomann is where?
            3    A.   Hahnemann Medical College that's in
            4 Philadelphia and then came to Mercy Hospital in  1969
            5 through 1970 as a straight medical intern and then
            6 did a two-year residency following my internship in
            7 internal medicine at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh,  and
            8 then went into practice in 1972 and became board
            9 certified in 1972 in internal medicine.
          10          In 1988, I received an additional
          11  certification in geriatric medicine and have been  in
          12  private practice of medicine since 1972 at this
          13  current location.
          14     Q-   Would you characterize yourself as a  primary
          15  care physician?
          16     A.   That's correct.
          17     Q.   Has that been the nature of your practice
