                    1                MR FULTON:  At this time, we are
                    2          objecting to testimony of the Doctor by virtu
                    3          of the rules with respect to reports  This  c:se
                    4          waB set, I believe, initially on June 28th, I
                    5          believe, and then, we did not go forward, it  was
                    6          put over to July 19th, nobody could do it then
                    7          It has been set now at 10-20, although as I  told
                    8          Mr Kennedy, I am not objecting to the filing  of
                    9          the tape or anything of a technical  nature
                   10                MR KENNEDY: We have a waiver  of  the
                   11          filing on the deposition and the video?
