       3  sworn, as hereinafter certified, was deposed and
       4  said as follows:
       5                    CROSS EXAMIMATION
       6  BY MR.  POWERS:
       7  Q-     Doctor, please state your name?
       8  A.     Robert W. Alcorn.
       9  Q.     Dr. Alcorn, we are here in the matter of
     10   Robin Roberts, et al. versus Western Reserve
     11   Psychiatric Habilitation Center, a case which is in
     12   the Court of Claims, Ohio, set for trial this coming
     13   Monday.  We are taking today what is called your
     14   discovery deposition.
     15          First of all, has your deposition ever been
     16   taken before?
     17   A.     Yes.
     18   Q.     So maybe what I am telling you now is
     19   redundant, but please bear with me.
     20          If you don't hear a question I ask, let me
     21   know, and if you don't understand a question I ask,
     22   I ask that you state that, and I will restate it for
     23   you-
