           4   duly  sworn,  as  hereinafter  certified,  deposed
           5   and said as follows:
           6          EXAMINATION OF MELVIN SHAFRON, MD
           7   BY-MR  BERRIS:
           8   Q     Doctor, my name iS  Richard  Berris  and  I
           9   represent the Corleys
           10  A     Yes, sir, I have met you before
           11  Q-     A few questions for you  First, I am
           12  going  to ask you if you would  to  kind  of  draw
           13  on this sheet of paper of a man's back, I am
           14  going to ask if you  would  draw  the  scapula  in
           15  there
           16         And you have drawn both sides?
           17  A     Yeah
           18  Q     Let me see, I am sorry, I can't see
           19  A     Yep
           20  Q     Is that the shape of a scapula?
           21  A     Well, I can't draw the exact shape
           22  That's good enough
           23  Q     Okay
           24  A     As far as I can do
           25  Q     You indicated in your direct examination

            1  that the scar that you noted on examination
            2  extended from the medial side of the scapula,
            3  that would be the center side of the scapula?
            4  A     Toward the center of the spine, that is
            5  correct, sir
            6  Q     And all the way across the scapula?
            7  A     Yep
            8  Q     At what level of the scapula was the scar
            9  found?
            10 A     Oh, I don't recall  I don't have it
            11 Q     I am going to show you a picture of Mark,
            12 which  has already been identified as
            13 Plaintiffs, Exhibit 20, if you could --
            14 A     Yeah
            15 Q-     -- Tell the jury what level the scar is
            16 found on the scapula?
            17 A     Oh, I would say it is probably below the
            18 spine  of the scapula toward the inferior border
            19 of the scapula, I would guess
