            6Q    Would you state your name for the record, please?
            7A    My name is John Conomy
            aQ    And, Mr Conomy -- or I should say, Dr Conomy, you
            9     are a physician, specifically a neurologist who has
            10    been retained to testify for plaintiff in this case
            11    Is that right?
            12A   Yes
            13Q   And you have had your deposition taken previously,
            14    right?
