            6Q    Would you state your name for the record, please?
            7A    My name is John Conomy.
            aQ    And, Mr. Conomy -- or I should say, Dr. Conomy, you
            9     are a physician, specifically a neurologist who has
            10    been retained to testify for plaintiff in this case.
            11    Is that right?
            12A   Yes.
            13Q   And you have had your deposition taken previously,
            14    right?
            15A   I have.
            16Q   So you know what's going to happen here today?  You
            17    know the rules to be followed when we conduct
            18    depositions, right?
            19A   I know the rules.  I've had my deposition taken, but
