            7      Q.     Dr. Conomy, my name is Pat Hart and I
            8   represent Mr. and Mrs.  Greynolds  in  this  case,  and
            9   I appreciate the  opportunity  to  get  together  with
          10    you this afternoon and  ask  you  some  questionb  with
          11    respect to any opinions you might hold in the
          12    case.
          13                 For the record if  you  would  state  your
          14    full name, please.
          15       A.     My name is John Conomy.
          16       Q.     And I see from your CV that you are a
          17    neurolOgiBt; is that correct?
          18       A.     That's correct.
          19       Q.     Okay.  And is the CV that I've been handed
          20    -- boy, it's dated May 25, 1992, so we are --
          21    that's relatively recent.
          22       A.     Mr. Hart, that CV will  not  be  true  until
          23    Monday morning.
          24       Q-     All right.  So it io not true as we speak?
          25       A.     You're free to quote it only after --

           3                I have had an opportunity to  look  at
           4   the  file that you have here on the desk,  and  is  it
           5   fair  for me to understand that  the  material  that
           6   you  have reviewed, Dr. Conomy, is listed as one
           7   through seven on the cover letter of
           8   September, 191?
           9      A.    That's correct, Mr.  Hart.  I  believe  it's
          10   also rephrased in my letter to Mr. Banas  dated  17
          11   January, 1992.
