          1                  MR. BERRIS:    Doctor, I'm going to ask

          2        you some questions today about your review of

          3        certain materials relating to Mark Corley, who

          4        is my client.

          5             If I ask you any questions that are unclear

          6        or you don't understand the question, please let

          7        me know and I will rephrase the question for

          8        you.

          9             I will assume that if you answer a

        10         @uestion, you understood the question, and that

        11         is why you have answered it.  Is that fair.

        12                   THE WITNESS:   Yes.

        13                   MR. BERRIS:   You have to give a

        14         verbal answer for the court reporter.  It is

        15         difficult for her to take down nods and shakes

        16         of the head.
