           8        formalities except signature.

           7   Q.   My name is Eric Kennedy.  We met many years ago.


           8   I'm going to ask you a series of questions about the


           9   report which you rendered in this case which we have


           10  already described dated November 28, 1983 to Mr. Gary


           11  H. Goldwasser.



           12      If I ask you a question and by chance you don't


           13  hear it, stop me and I will repeat my question.
