             7                 Harder, D.D.S. being taken pursuant to
             8                 agreement of counsel.  May I assume that all

             17  A    Robert L. Harder, D.D.S.
             is  Q    Doctor, I'm Jim Goldberg.  I represent Mr. Hughes.  I'm
             19  going to ask you some questions concerning a case involving
             20  Mr. Hughes and Dr. Louis Carlozzi and his dental group.  If
             21  you don't understand me or if you want me to rephrase a
             22  quebtion, do I have your agreement that you will ask me to do
             23  so?
             24  A    That's correct.
