       15   A    Yes, I have prepared them in the past  1

       18   wanted to know whether or not -- you don't keep a
       19   resume on file for various purposes?

       21   Q    Where did you go to medical school?
       22   A    Ohio  State
       23   O    And you graduated in what year?

       25   Q    Did you do a residency following that?

       3    A    mt sinai Hospital in Cleveland, and in
       4    Indianapolis, University of Indiana  I finished my
       5    rebidency in 1966
       6    Q    Here in Cleveland, or in Indiana?

       8    Q    You started your residency at Mt  Sinai here
       9    in Cleveland, and then finished it in Indiana?
       10   A    Right
       11   Q    What was the reason for that?
       12   A    It was part of the program, waB in Indiana
       13   Indiana was more childrens orthopedics
       14   Q    And you are an orthopedic surgeon?
       15   A    Right
       16   Q    Are you Board certified?
       17   A    Yes

       19   A    In 1968
