17 Arizona, before Kenneth W Schippers, a Notary Public in

18 and for the State of Arizona, on November 7, 1989,

19 commencing at 10:00 am on said day, in a certain cause

20 now pending in the Court of Common Pleas, State of Ohio

4 We're here -- it is Tuesday, November 7th, 1989 -- we're

5 here for the purpose of taking the testimony of Dr

6 Selwyn for preservation and use at the trial of the

7 within captioned matter; that this is being taken with

8 an agreement, by agreement with Dr Selwyn with notice

9 issued to defense counsel, Dr John Irwin, who is

10 present here, and there shall be a waiver as to any

11 defects in notice or service?
