 2   accordance with the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
 3   in connection with the above case.
 4             Pursuant to Notice and/or consent, this Deposition
 5   is being taken in the offices of Stratis Business Center,
 6   7800 Airport Center Drive, Suite 401, Greensboro North
 7   Carolina, beginning at 1:34 p.m. on the 30th day of August
 8   2005, before Joyce A. Lear, CVR-CM, Certified Verbatim
 9   Reporter and Notary Public.

18             the deposition of Howard Stewart, taken
19             pursuant to Notice and to be used for those
20             purposes permitted under the Court rules and
21             Michigan Rules of Evidence in accordance with
22             the Re-notice of Taking Discovery Deposition
23             Duces Tecum for today\'s date.
24             MR. BLASKE:  As we begin, I need to notify the
25             counsel attending by phone what I\'ve already
