 1           The Deposition of CHARLES W. 
 2   STRATTON, M.D., was taken by the counsel for 
 3   the Defendants in the conference room at 
 4   Wright Travel, AB Concourse, Metropolitan 
 5   Nashville Airport, Nashville, Tennessee, on 
 6   January 29, 2003, for all purposes under the 
 7   Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure.
 8           All formalities as to notice, 
 9   certificate, caption, et cetera, are waived.  
10   All objections, except as to the form of the 
11   question, are reserved to the hearing.
12           It is agreed that Ellen C. Gregory, 
13   being a Notary Public and Certified Court 
14   Reporter for the State of Tennessee, may 
15   swear the witness, and that the reading and
