 3                      This is the videotape
 4                deposition of Dr. Goodman and this is
 5                Tom Robenalt speaking.
 6                      We're doing a video conference.
 7                      Peter and I have agreed to
 8                conduct the trial deposition of Dr.
 9                Goodman in this fashion.  I guess
10                Peter should agree on the record to
11                that fact.
12                      MR. VOUDORIS:  I agree.

15                time constraints, does not need to be
16                filed in accordance with
