 6               MR. MARCIS:  Bob Marcis on behalf 
 7   of the Plaintiff.  We had arguments in front of 
 8   the Judge yesterday and further made a motion 
 9   for protective order relating to the fact that 
10   we didn't get high-resolution CAT scans that 
11   were relied upon by both Dr. Thompson and 
12   Dr. Rosenberg in this case.  
13               Unfortunately, the judge has not 
14   ruled upon that yet or made any decision as to 
15   what role those CAT scan
