 1               MR. FROST:  It's my understanding
 2   from conversations with Mr. McClelland that we
 3   have a stipulation that the credentials that
 4   Dr. Schonfeld previously testified to in the
 5   matter of Bennett versus Ford Motor Company,
 6   which was recorded earlier this same date, will
 7   be used as the credentials section of
 8   Dr. Schonfeld's testimony in this particular
 9   matter, the matter of McCann versus Ford Motor
10   Company.  Is that correct, Mr. McClelland?
