Only transcripts that comply with the policies of the National Court Reporter Association ("NCRA") may be uploaded to CrossExam.com. By uploading a transcript, you are representing to CrossExam.com that:
By uploading a transcript to the Site, you grant to CrossExam, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to list the transcript on the Site.
You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to reject any submitted transcript for violation of NCRA policies or based on our own listing criteria and to remove from the Site any previously submitted and approved transcript. We reserve the right at all times to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials posted on the Site.
You acknowledge and agree that your account with us is for a single user and that you may NOT give your user information to anyone else. It is your responsibility to keep your password private from other individuals. Any misuse of an account will lead to immediate termination of your account.
We reserve the right to make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on the Site, or terminate the Site, at any time without notice. We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review this Agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
We are not responsible for unavailability of the Site due to factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, technical or system problems, acts of war, or acts of terrorism. In addition, we are not responsible for your inability to access the Site website due to problems with respect to your ISP or any equipment that you may chose to utilize in accessing the Site.
You agree that any disputes related to the Site or this Agreement or any transcripts that you have uploaded to the Site shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the terms and rules of the American Arbitration Association, such arbitration to be held in Cleveland, Ohio.
